2. To be eligible for a training period, a trainee candidate must:
(1)  hold a diploma which gives access to a permit issued by the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec in accordance with the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated teaching establishments which give access to permits or specialist’s certificates of professional corporations (chapter C-26, r. 2);
(2)  complete and send to the secretary of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres a registration form similar to the one provided for in Schedule I.
